Elite Medics Cancellation Policy
Tuition Fee Refund Policy 2020-21
This Tuition Fee Refund Policy applies to students who are enrolled either as single order bookings (one-off monthly payment), direct debit or block bookings (10-monthly block payments)
If you are considering cancellation our courses, this policy provides essential information on tuition fee refunds.
1. Single Order (1-month) Bookings
- a) Tuition fees will be refunded in the following instances:
- For customers who have booked one-off classes (for 1 month only), on our website, they are entitled to a full refund, so long as we receive 1 weeks’ notice for cancellation. After this period, if they cancel before we send them the video links to join the classes, they are entitled for their credit to rolled over to the next month. If customers have already been sent the video links to join the classes, they are not entitled to either a refund or credit for the following month.

2. Direct Debit Bookings
- a) Tuition fees will be refunded in the following instances:
- For customers who have booked classes via monthly direct debit, they are entitled to cancel their mandate at any time. However, we require a minimum of 30 days notice, to provide any refunds for charged lessons. Any cancellation request made sooner than this, will not qualify for a refund of their next monthly fee. I.e., if a student is enrolled for the December class, if they wish to not be charged for the January class, they must give us 30 days’ notice before the class date in January. If they have already been charged for a class, and have not given us 30 days prior notice for cancellation, they will not be entitled for a refund for that month.

3. Block Bookings
- For customers who have booked classes via block payments (i.e., 10 monthly orders), these orders are not entitled for a refund should customers wish to cancel. These classes have been heavily discounted on the basis that customers wish to book for a minimum period of 10 months.
